Chromatography columns and resins

Protein Ark has over 25 years of chromatography experience, manufacturing columns suitable for all protein purification requirements, including their pre-packed HiFliQ FPLC Affinity Columns, which are available in 1 ml and 5 ml. 

Pre-packed and ready to use, the HiFliQ columns are suitable for 1 to 10 ml resin volume.

Electrophoresis stains and consumables 

Protein Ark’s Quick Coomassie Stain offers unrivalled performance; up to 50 times more sensitive than other rapid stains. Quick Coomassie is a non-toxic, safe, 1-step stain containing no organic solvents and no phosphoric acid, yet offers high resolution sharp protein bands that you would expect with traditional Coomassie stains. Better yet, it’s re-usable up to 3 times!

The Elite Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a three-colour protein standard with 10 pre-stained proteins, covering a wide range of molecular weights, from 6.5 to 270 kDa. Designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE and providing clear electro-transfer to commonly used membranes.

Comparatively, the Eco Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a three-colour protein standard with 9 pre-stained proteins covering a range of molecular weights from 15 to 180 kDa. Designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verifying Western transfer efficiency on membranes, and for approximating the size of proteins.

Finally, the PAL Femto and Pico Plus Western Blot Substrates are  luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescent substrates which are sensitive and compatible with conducting immunoblots with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)—conjugated secondary antibodies.
