Product Description

EPO-TEK^® 353ND is a two component, high temperature epoxy originally designed for semiconductor, fibre optic and medical applications. It is especially suited for the bonding together of samples, in particular wafers, prior to ultrasonic disc cutting for the subsequent production of TEM cross-sections.

EPO-TEK^® 353ND is an Irritant.

EPO-TEK^® 353ND is supplied in Burst Seal Bi-Packs which contain 4g of material when mixed. This packaging is ideal for single use when only a limited amount of material is needed. To mix either push part A or part B into the middle seal of the package, with enough pressure the centre seal should burst allowing for each part of the epoxy to mix. The material can then be mixed within the package before pouring out for use.

The chemicals and mixtures offered by Agar Scientific are labelled with the appropriate hazard symbols and risk and safety phrases in accordance with current UK regulations and EC directives. The absence of symbols or risk and safety phrases should not be taken to indicate that the product is non-hazardous, particularly since new data and legislation requirements are always under review. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) are available to download to assist in the safe handling and storage of products and the completion of any requirements under COSHH.
