The Safematic CCU-010 is a modular "smart device" platform. By selecting from our range of interchangeable process heads and plasma modules, you can configure a single base unit for multiple laboratory workflows - from routine SEM sputtering to advanced TEM grid hydrophilisation.
1. Primary Coating Heads
A process head must be equipped to the CCU-010 Base Module for operation. Heads are automatically detected by the system software.
Sputter Coating (SP-010 & SP-011)
