Product Description

Cross Section Holders are made of machined aluminium with spring-loaded brass clamping and grounding clips and hold samples at angles of 45°, 70° or 90°. Clip width is 6.35mm. Each accommodates a sample thickness up to 11mm. Clips provide minimal surface clamping area and grounding on the imaged surface. Extended button (AG15372-10) is needed when used with the Dovetail Stage Adapters (AG15371 or AG15397).
