The Proteus X-Spinner 8 is designed for rapid and easy concentration and buffer exchange procedures.
X-Spinner 8 has a minimum volume of 0.5 ml and maximum volume of 8 ml, with MWCO available of 3,10, 30 or 100 kDA.
The reverse flow direction, along with a large membrane surface area, results in rapid processing and outstanding sample recovery. A concentration factor of up to 150x can be achieved if needed. Buffer exchange is easily accomplished with the X-Spinners.
