The CRYOGEN system is a liquid nitrogen generator that allows you to produce your own cryogenic liquid on demand. Liquid nitrogen is a highly cooled gas with a boiling point of -196 °C (-321 °F), used in various applications requiring extremely low temperatures or rapid cooling. By using the CRYOGEN system, you can eliminate the ongoing costs and delivery wait times associated with purchasing liquid nitrogen.
F-DGSi's CRYOGEN units generate high-quality liquid nitrogen (LN2) on-site from ambient air using our proprietary PSA technology, which separates nitrogen (N2) from oxygen (O2). The nitrogen gas is then cooled until it liquefies, followed by distillation. The liquid nitrogen is stored and transported in a fully insulated Dewar container.
These systems can produce anywhere from 10 L/day to 80 L/day*, making them suitable for most LN2-dependent applications. Simply connect the unit to a power source, and the system is ready to deliver liquid nitrogen at -196 °C with the push of a button.
F-DGSi offers reliable, fully automated, all-in-one technology, which includes PSA technology, a liquefaction system with air or water cooling, and convenient external dispensing. The system is controlled through an HMI touchscreen, providing real-time process monitoring, Dewar liquid level tracking, and nitrogen production details.
