A range of high purity single element standards for the setting-up, calibration and routine instrument monitoring of X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.

The standards are supplied as 1¼" diameter pressed pellets or, where appropriate, metal foils, and are prepared from carefully selected high purity elements and compounds to ensure interference free spectra. Each pellet is supported by a thin-walled aluminium cup which affords protection from damage during handling. The precious metal foils are approximately 0.125mm thick and are stretched across plastic supports.

Standards are available for 60 elements and these can be purchased individually or as a set.
