Cryo Chamber specifically designed for cryo specimen preparation.

The UVC3 Cryo Chamber has been specifically designed for cryo specimen preparation to provide an economical yet precisely controlled low temperature environment for polymerisation of polymers and resins and can also be used for dehydration and infiltration of cryo specimens. The Unit has a large insulated chamber and comprises fully automatic temperature control for the polymerisation process.

Operation:

  • Add dry ice to the chamber
  • Set desired temperature (-10°C to -40°C / 14°F to -40°F)
  • Turn on UV Lamps and cure embedding resins
