These copper coupons have been designed to facilitate the preparation of atom probe samples using the Omniprobe's 45° Short-Cut™ tool. The half moon shaped centre grid of 3mm can be cut at the detent to create a holder, with the sample protruding just beyond the peak of the grid edges.
